Wonderful Hotel Stay!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and included a large tv. I found a hairdryer, iron, and safe were all included. The breakfast was tasty and gave a variety of food to choose from. THE pool was great. there was a nice sauna and steam room with cool additions like a relaxation room with heated seats and a diffuser.
The location is not in the immediate city center, though the bus or metro is a fast way to get there. It wasn't a HUGE inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful. They recommended great restaurants and showed us the best places to visit on a map. They were also quick to provide extra towels when I asked, which I appreciated.

Breakfast included many options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and bacon. The dining area was well kept, and the staff kept the buffet stocked and clean. I found gluten-free options clearly labeled.

moldy smellslow drainage
The shower had a strange moldy smell. I wonder if anyone cleans properly around here, really? the black residue says otherwise. also, the shower drained slower than my motivation on a monday.

Breakfast offered great variety. The staff members were helpful and polite. I was glad to use the shower and relax before a late flight. The hotel also provided Clarins toiletries.
The card reader did not always work well.

The double room balcony was alright though the shower drained slowly. i reported it, but it remained unchanged. also, the bedroom lighting was a bit too complicated for me. I couldn't quite figure it out.
