Wonderful Hotel Stay!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and included a large tv. I found a hairdryer, iron, and safe were all included. The breakfast was tasty and gave a variety of food to choose from. THE pool was great. there was a nice sauna and steam room with cool additions like a relaxation room with heated seats and a diffuser.
The location is not in the immediate city center, though the bus or metro is a fast way to get there. It wasn't a HUGE inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful. They recommended great restaurants and showed us the best places to visit on a map. They were also quick to provide extra towels when I asked, which I appreciated.

Breakfast included many options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and bacon. The dining area was well kept, and the staff kept the buffet stocked and clean. I found gluten-free options clearly labeled.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym with several treadmills, bikes, and weight machines. The spa area included a sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge. I also noticed the pools were clean and well kept by the staff.

moldy smell slow drainage
The shower had a strange moldy smell. I wonder if anyone cleans properly around here, really? the black residue says otherwise. also, the shower drained slower than my motivation on a monday.

Breakfast offered great variety. The staff members were helpful and polite. I was glad to use the shower and relax before a late flight. The hotel also provided Clarins toiletries.
The card reader did not always work well.

The location is away from the main tourist areas. It offers many dining and shopping choices nearby. It is a modern hotel with a convenient location. I recommend it.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was delicious, varied, and fresh. I enjoyed my half-board stay. Dinners were filling and also tasty. The service was excellent!

slow drainage fiddly lighting
The double room balcony was alright though the shower drained slowly. i reported it, but it remained unchanged. also, the bedroom lighting was a bit too complicated for me. I couldn't quite figure it out.
